An established multi-franchise dealership group is seeking an experiencedASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGERto support the Aftersales Manager across its busy service and parts operations.

The role would suit aSenior Service Advisor, Aftersales Team Leader or experienced dealership professionallooking to progress into management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Aftersales Department.
• Drive EVHC, upselling, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Support KPIs, productivity and operational targets.
• Ensure manufacturer and company standards are maintained.
• Lead and support Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams.

The Candidate

Applicants will havefranchised dealership experience, strong commercial awareness and a proven focus on customer service and performance. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
