Your new role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will support theSenior Management Accountant. You will be responsible for:

Preparing and managing service charge accounts.

Budgeting and forecasting for property-related expenses.

Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.

Assisting with financial reporting and audits.

Collaborating with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant within the Housing sector.

Strong understanding of service charge accounting.

Experience with property management accounting software.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable.
