Join a leading renewable energy business as an Offshore Wind Asset Manager, where you'll take full responsibility for the performance, value, and risk management of operational offshore wind assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day asset performance across technical, financial, and commercial areas.
- Manage key contracts, including O&M agreements, PPAs, and financing arrangements.
- Maintain and update financial models, valuations, and ensure debt compliance.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports and board materials on asset performance, outlook, and investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development of an ISO 55001-aligned Asset Management System.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in offshore wind or renewable asset management.
- Strong understanding of project finance, debt structures, and performance optimisation.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of asset management systems and relevant industry standards.
