Asset Management Specialist - Valuation, Leases & Development

Madison Berkeley is seeking two Asset Managers to join a London or Manchester based team within a leading UK REIT. The role focuses on valuation, leasing and letting, landlord and tenant work, including regears/ renewals, and identifying development opportunities to enhance a £6bn+ asset base.

You will join a close-knit AM team with strong governance and exposure to senior leadership, delivering value through proactive asset strategies and cross-functional collaboration across multiple projects.
