Role: Asset Management Marketing Executive

Department: Client office

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role

A support and delivery role for the asset management business. Responsibilities include creating, managing and updating marketing materials, planning and running events and webinars, includingbranded merchandise requirements. The role works collaboratively with internal teams across RAM and the wider B2B marketing team to ensure marketing aligns with business goals

Outcomes of the Role

• Create and manage high-quality collateral including brochures, sales aids and more, that effectively communicate the value of Rathbones Asset Management products.
• Collaborate with wider marketing, product and distribution to ensure collateral is aligned with the company's messaging and goals.
• Support the delivery of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads across multiple channels.
• Help plan and execute events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns aimed at engaging key audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with senior marketing staff to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Increased visibility and engagement for the brand across digital channels.
• Consistent and accurate reporting on campaign performance, leading to actionable insights for improvement.
• Enhanced digital presence through regular updates and content optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to support the marketing team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in developing marketing materials across multiple channels, such as print, digital, and email.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proactive approach, strong organisational skills, strong attention to detail.
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, social media, and email marketing software.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
• Knowledge of event planning and execution, particularly in a B2B or financial services context.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail in the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM desirable
• Degree in Marketing, business or related field desirable
