Your impact
We are seeking an Asset Management & Operations Director to support a major transport programme in Ireland (Dublin). This is a high impact leadership role where you will shape and drive programme wide asset management strategy, ensuring long term performance, resilience, and value from critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do- Lead the delivery of strategic asset management services across programme, project, and lifecycle stages
- Champion the application of ISO 55000 aligned practices, tailored to deliver real world value
- Enhance client asset management capability through improvements in governance, processes, systems, and data
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and influencing strategic decision making
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high quality outcomes
- Drive innovation through the use of digital tools, data, and emerging technologies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, supporting capability growth and succession planning
- Extensive experience in Asset Management, with a proven track record of delivering value in complex environments
- Professionally accredited or chartered (e.g. IAM, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Strong background within asset intensive industries, ideally with rail or light rail exposure
- Demonstrated leadership of teams leveraging data and digital solutions for decision making
- Strategic thinker with a whole lifecycle perspective
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at a senior level
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and resolve challenges constructively
- Established external network and ability to contribute to business development and thought leadership
