Job Title: Asset Finance Paralegal

Role overview:

The firm is seeking 2 Paralegals to join on a 12-month Fixed-Term basis. This is a new role within the Asset Finance team, supporting 6 fee earners.

Key responsibilities:

• Document review
• Bundling
• Document searches

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous Finance Paralegal experience in a similar US law firm environment and a keen interest in asset finance. Candidates with 12 months+ availability are preferred, as the contract may be extended.
