Location: Paddington or Reading twice a week
Salary/Rate: Up to £590 Daily
Start Date: 27/07/26
Job Type: Initial 6 month contract Inside IR35

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our telecoms enterprise client! They are currently looking for a skilled Asset Compliance Lead to join their team for a six-month contract.

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the processes surrounding the TSA asset portfolio rather than carrying out detailed technical design.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing TCAP processes and governance.
• Managing BAU activities and ensuring process adherence.
• Coordinating and tracking change requests.
• Handling more complex stakeholder queries and escalations.
• Supporting implementation and adoption of asset governance processes across the business.
• Acting as the key point of coordination between compliance teams and technical SMEs.

Must Haves

• Strong governance, compliance, PMO or operational leadership background.
• Experience owning processes and driving activities across multiple teams.
• Confident managing escalations and stakeholder communications.
• Comfortable working within complex technical environments.

Technical Requirements

• Telecoms or network infrastructure awareness would be beneficial.
• Does not need to be a Solution Architect or deep technical SME.
• TSA knowledge can be learned on the job; network awareness is considered more valuable.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will be able to oversee the TCAP process end-to-end, keep stakeholders aligned, manage incoming change requests and provide effective governance across the asset portfolio.
