The purpose of this role is to deliver the assessment strategy for colleagues at grades D and E, as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of the organisation that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.
We would love a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist with strong coaching experience and consultancy background!
Key accountabilitiesDeliver the scaled assessment strategy, interacting with the talent acquisition team to ensure integration of selection candidates.
Support with the programme management of relevant parts of the A-G Assessment offering for Selection and Development.
Ensure harmonisation/complementarity with Skills Assessments via the Organisation and Capability team.
Run delivery of assessments to support the Talent team.
Support delivery of assessment centres for Grade A-G population with preferred partners/external assessment-related suppliers.
Conduct assessments for Selection, Development and Talent Pools for colleagues below Grade G, to inform programmatic development interventions, e.g., scaled leaders, TPLs/BPL.

Deep Subject Matter Expertise & experience of assessments & coaching at levels commensurate with Grade A-G populations
BPS Level A and B Test Accredited
Critical Thinking
