Assessment Specialist for Treatment Access

Change Grow Live in Hull is recruiting an Assessment Worker to be a frontline link into structured treatment services. You will ensure people receive the right support at the right time, guided by evidence, best practice and individual need.

In this role you will balance engagement, assessment and safeguarding, work with partners, and help identify pathways into care. The post offers permanent full-time hours (37.5 per week) and a supportive team with opportunities for training and progression.
