Employment agency Manpower is looking for assembly workers in Venlo for Canon.

As an assembly worker, you will assemble printers based on manuals. Your main tasks will be:
  • Assembling printers based on manuals
  • Requesting parts from colleagues in the Logistics department
  • Using technical insight to connect the right printer parts with each other

Canon Production Printing in Venlo produces large printing systems. From production printers, wide format printers, scanners, folders, digital presses to the largest printing system measuring no less than twelve meters long, four meters wide and two and a half meters high. Per day, this printing system can produce as many as 2,000 complete books, 20,000 manuals or 200,000 flyers! To produce and adjust this machine, eighty different employees are needed. One machine takes about seven weeks to build.

As an assembly worker, you will work in the Assembly department. This department consists of 270 employees. Together with your team, you are responsible for the correct production and adjustment of a specific part of the printing system.

Working hours
In this full-time position you will work 40 hours, from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 16:00 hrs.
