Assembly Operative - 4 on 4 off, Path to Team Leader

QS Recruitment is looking for an Assembly Operative in the East Midlands area for a manufacturing and distribution client. The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts and 12-hour days with a view to progression towards team leadership.

You will join the team to assemble intricate items, learn product lines, and perform at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety. Temporary contract with potential permanent opportunity.
