Location: Stafford (ST21)

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-12:45

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities for strong performers

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out precision assembly tasks using established techniques
• Using basic hand tools safely and correctly
• Working with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Following clear instructions while also using your own initiative
• Learning new skills and contributing to continuous improvement
• Supporting mechanical assembly processes (training provided)

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Keen to learn, develop, and take ownership of tasks
• Previous mechanical or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
• Machining experience is advantageous
• Own transport preferred due to the remote location
