About the Role:

As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom delivery
• Provide small group and 1:1 academic support
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement
• Gain experience covering lessons where appropriate
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about education and working with young people
• Confident, resilient, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
