Milk Education is looking for Aspiring Behaviour, Pastoral, or Cover Specialists to support secondary schools across Leeds and Wakefield. This is a cover-first role - your main responsibility is keeping lessons running smoothly when teachers are absent. Behaviour management and pastoral support are valuable extras that make you even more indispensable.

Who We're Looking For

If you're dependable, calm under pressure, and confident with 11-16-year-olds, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons during teacher absence
• Maintaining focus, engagement, and classroom order
• Using behaviour management skills to handle challenging situations
• Supporting pastoral teams where needed
• Acting as a consistent, positive role model
