• Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service with heart

• Drive sales, high standards and exceptional customer experience
• Take ownership of store performance, colleague capability and commercial delivery
• Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers
• Maintain safety and compliance - including all PFS and forecourt requirements
• Deliver day to day people management with professionalism and care
