Job Description
Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
Contract: Permanent Full-time
A well established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy offering a structured workload, balanced site portfolio, and long term stability within a supportive team.
What's on Offer- £36,000 - £40,000 salary
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off
- Company vehicle provided
- 40-hour working week
- Timeframe negotiated bonuses
- £100 annual bonus
- 70/30 split (domestic/commercial)
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys (HSG264)
- Work across domestic and commercial properties
- Produce accurate survey reports
- Ensure compliance with legislation and HSE guidance
- BOHS P402
- Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Full UK driving licence
