Job Title: Dual-Qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (P402, P403, P404)

Salary & Package: £38,000 - £48,000+ Regional: £32,000 - £42,000+ (Base salary dependent on experience & clearance) + Van / Car Allowance + Paid Expenses

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).
• Utilising next-generation automated software to record site data seamlessly.
• Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
• Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.

The Package & Rewards

• Base Salary: Generous tiered salary structure based on location, experience, and security clearance level.
• London & Home Counties: £38,000 - £48,000+
• Regional Hubs: £32,000 - £42,000+

About You

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance application).
• A tech-forward mindset and a desire to work with smarter, quicker reporting tools.
