Job Overview

This highly successful asbestos consultancy offering various professional and quality services to clients nationwide is now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Asbestos Lab Analyst to join their busy laboratory team in Leeds. Applications from Huddersfield, Wakefield, Bradford and surrounding areas will also be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holding the P401 qualification is essential.
• Previous experience of working in a laboratory/office environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent in using the Microsoft office package.
• Good attention to detail.
• We are also interested in anyone with P401, P402, P403, P404 or S301 CCP.

Key Tasks

• Receiving and logging samples received by the laboratory.
• Supporting admin as and when required.
• Prepare samples and carry out analysis for fibre content.
• Reporting any analytical findings.
• Completing analysis test sheets.
• Dealing with client/customer enquiries.
