We're seeking an experienced Asbestos Dual Skilled Consultant to join our expanding team, working across London. If you're qualified in both surveying and analytical duties, this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company that values expertise and professionalism.

In this field-based role, you'll handle a blend of management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, along with air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal, background, and reassurance testing. You'll be working across varied sites with support from a knowledgeable, driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys in line with HSG:264
• Carry out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances
• Capture accurate data using mobile software
• Advise clients on asbestos safety and compliance
• Ensure all work meets health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
• Proven dual-skilled experience
• Knowledge of UK asbestos regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and professional approach
