Artisanal Kitchen Manager - Hybrid Start, Systems-Driven

Home Hospitality in East London is seeking a super-organised Kitchen Manager to join our busy artisanal bakery. You'll know the kitchen inside out, report to the Head Baker, and play an integral role in ensuring smooth operation and continued success.

The role begins hybrid for 3-6 months, mixing hands-on baking with office duties, before settling into a Monday-Friday week. You will build strong relationships with the team and implement effective systems and cost-conscious processes.
