Art Teacher (Permanent)

Cambridgeshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

REED Education is delighted to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Inspire creativity, technical skill, and artistic expression in students of all abilities
• Support students across a range of media (e.g. drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, digital art - depending on experience)
• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to support progress and attainment
• Contribute to a collaborative and well-resourced Art department
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally QTS (or working towards it), though strong unqualified teachers will be considered
• A passion for Art, creativity, and high-quality teaching
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Committed to high standards and student progress
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
