Job Description: Secondary School Art Teacher (Hampton, South West London).Company: Hays Education.Location: Hampton, South West London (Independent School).Rate: £180 - £265 per day.
Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Secondary School Art Teacher to join the team at an independent school in the Hampton area of South West London. Rated as 'Excellent in all areas' by the ISI in December 2022, this is a opportunity not to be missed.
As an Art Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and nurturing students' creativity and artistic abilities.
Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement an engaging and comprehensive art curriculum for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.

Deliver high-quality art lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can express themselves through various art forms.

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage their artistic growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Types of Role:

The successful candidate can choose between:

4 days per week or 5 days per week, depending on availability.

The role will commence from Easter and continue until July.

There is a possibility of a permanent role starting from September.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching art at the secondary level.
