Armed Forces Recruitment Assessor Interview Evaluator

The Adecco Group is seeking a detail-focused Recruitment Assessor to support the UK Armed Forces recruitment programme. You will review and evaluate digital video interviews to determine candidate suitability using a structured scoring matrix, ensuring fairness and compliance throughout the process.
