Area SENCo - Early Years & SEND Specialist (Hybrid)

Gateshead Council is seeking an experienced educational specialist to lead SEND support across our early years settings and schools. You will provide expert guidance to settings, promote inclusive practice and help children with SEND reach their potential.

Working in the Area SENCo team, you will collaborate with families, health and social care partners, deliver high-quality training, observe and advise on referrals, and monitor progress to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
