About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and customer focused Area Sales Manager to join the Keystone Lintels team, where you will be responsible for leading the growth of our Lintel and associated product sales across the Munster region or Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful sales career within the construction and building materials industry while making a direct contribution to the company's continued growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with Builders' Merchants, House Builders, Main Contractors, Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities while maximising sales within existing accounts.
  • Contributing to and delivering business development plans for key customers.
  • Managing a pipeline of projects, ensuring quotations and schedules are produced within agreed timescales and sales opportunities are effectively tracked through to completion.
  • Growing Keystone Lintels' market share through the successful promotion and sale of our lintels and associated products.
  • Acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the business, providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • Keeping customer information, activities and opportunities up to date using our CRM system.

What we're looking for

  • A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience using CRM Systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
