About Your New Job

• Work fully field-based, 5 days a week, managing 20 key accounts while developing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across Leitrim, Roscommon, Sligo, Mayo, and Galway.
• Proactively develop relationships with construction sites, plumbers, and trade customers throughout the assigned territory to secure new projects and sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on plumbing and heating products.
• Achieve sales targets by preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing business opportunities.
• Monitor market activity across the territory and collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales.

What Skills You Need

• Previous sales experience within plumbing supplies, heating products, building materials, or a related trade environment.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role and achieve targets.
• Full, clean Category B driving licence and willingness to travel across Leitrim, Roscommon, Sligo, Mayo, and Galway.

• Competitive base salary of €45,000-€55,000 per year.
