Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000

Benefits: hybrid or electric company car + comprehensive benefits packages The role of the Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
• All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as get involved with associated commercial projects
• Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m
• Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
• Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products with:

• Must have sold to social housing, local authorities and housing associations
• Open in terms of what products you've sold
• Would consider an M&E consultant / contractor rep
• A team player who is highly organised
