Area Operations Manager - Lancashire
Salary from £60,000 per annum, plus £7.5k car allowance.
We are seeking a passionate, people-focused, and guest-obsessed Area Operations Manager to join Marston's and help us become the UK's number 1 pub company.
Supporting our Self-Employed Partners to maximize their pub business opportunities, managing an area of 27 pubs under Partnership agreements across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Macclesfield. This role reports to a Regional Operations Manager within our North Division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility, focusing on driving sales, guest experience, and achieving KPIs.
- Develop and grow your team of Self-Employed Pub Partners, enabling them to reach their potential and increase sales.
- Maximize profit opportunities with commercial acumen.
- Manage your time effectively, network for recruitment, and demonstrate pace and urgency.
- Deliver excellent guest service and high standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, HR, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in multi-site management with a passion for hospitality and service.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record in P&L management and commercial awareness.
- Ability to recruit effectively and nurture talent.
- A community-oriented mindset and a love for local pubs.
