Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Central London Area Manager, reporting to our Global Retail Director.
As our Central London Area Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our highest turnover stores and tasked with delivering the highest results in all performance metrics.

The successful candidate will confidently, passionately and expertly lead our London retail teams to achieve business objectives and store specific KPI's. You will build strong effective working relationships across both Retail and Head Office and partner with our host stores to drive brand awareness, maximise selling opportunities and identify opportunities for growth.


Who you are

  • A Retail expert with field-based management or multi-site management experience within the fashion industry
  • A hands-on leader with a customer-first mindset, possessing the ability to identify problems and action improvements
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and sound decision making
  • Experienced in hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Target-focused and results-driven with excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator and influencer
  • Unwillingness to compromise on standards of execution

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver retail targets and KPI's within the assigned region
  • Ownership of P&L to ensure all sales and cost lines are managed appropriately to deliver positive profit in all markets
  • Deliver service excellence throughout the store portfolio, leading your management team to deliver the Reiss customer experience consistently across your market
  • Identify product and ranging opportunities by market and work with the product merchandising teams to implement any changes required to cater for the local customer
  • Effectively control all expenditure including payroll to ensure efficient cost to sales ratios in each store/market
  • Manage and develop relationships with host partners to maximum business opportunities and brand exposure within each host store
  • Identify and drive key marketing activity and partner with the Marketing department to maximise Reiss exposure and grow brand awareness
  • Recruit, retain and develop top talent for your area with a keen eye for service excellence and exceptional leadership behavioural qualities
  • Identify new growth opportunities within new and existing markets or growth with partners
