Job Description

What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for providing engineering support to the Project Manager, as well as managing smaller projects independently.
Assisting construction programmes
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
Procuring subcontract work packages and materials, as well ensuring they meet project timescale
Set and maintain high standards of workmanship during construction including monitoring of snags and creation of ITP's
Liaising with all disciplines to ensure works are accurately completed
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a work package manager, project engineer or related field.
The ability to establish good working relationships with clients and manage smaller projects independently.
Expertise in an engineering discipline - Preferably architecturally bias.
You should currently hold a CSCS card and a minimum of an HNC in a related field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments is preferred not essential
Willingness to travel
Conversant with CDM regulations
