SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist in Dublin on behalf of our client, a project management and design consultancy, based in Dublin.

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, technical details and construction documentation
• Produce and manage BIM/Revit models across multiple project stages
• Coordinate design information with internal teams and external consultants
• Assist with planning, statutory compliance and Building Regulations submissions
• Participate in design team meetings and technical workshops
• Support project delivery through all RIBA/Project stages
• Carry out site visits and assist with technical inspections where required
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing registers

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary design environment
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Experience preparing construction drawings and coordinated design packages
• Understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience working on commercial, residential, education or mixed-use projects desirable
