TheRole

Asan ArchitecturalTechnologist , you won't just be "drawing" you will be the technical backbone of our projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to bring complex designs to life through precise construction packages and innovative detail solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• TechnicalDelivery: Prepareandcoordinatecomprehensivedesign,production,andconstructioninformation.
• Specification&Detail: Produceandadviseonmaterialselection,specifications(NBSChorus),anddetaileddesignsolutions.
• Compliance: EnsureallprojectsadheretocurrentBuildingRegulations,standards,andhealthandsafetyrequirements.
• Liaison: Actasakeypointofcontactforclientsandstatutoryauthoritiestosecureapprovals.
• ProjectManagement: Managetasksindependentlywhilecontributingtoahigh-performingmultidisciplinaryteam.
