Are you a technically strong Architectural Technician looking for your next move in 2026?

We're working with a well-established, design-led practice delivering fast-paced hospitality, commercial and brand rollout projects, who are looking for a new and experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, technically strong individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality drawing packages in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings & coordinated packages
• Submit Planning, Building Regs & statutory applications
• Liaise with consultants, contractors & local authorities
• Support delivery of hospitality & brand rollout projects

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in a design/architectural environment
• Strong construction & detailing knowledge
• Experience in commercial or hospitality fit-outs
• Advanced AutoCAD (essential), Vectorworks beneficial
• Organised, proactive and confident in client-facing situations

The Details:
Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working
AutoCAD essential | 3D software (eg Vectorworks) beneficial
