LGA Architectural Partners is hiring a seasoned Project Manager and/or Architect to manage projects for the automotive sector. You'll be based out of LGA 's office in Toronto, working on-site. This is an opportunity to develop contract documents and construction administration for higher-end car dealerships. This role involves managing 4 to 5 complex projects, from schematic design through to construction administration, flagging and resolving any conflicting deadlines. LGA is looking for someone with excellent client management, communication and delegate skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal Partner oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans and keeping the project on schedule
• Develop projects from Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Document; tender; Contract administration
• Contract documentation and administration - highly experienced and able to guide a team
• Proficient in REVIT
• Communication and client management
• Overseeing staff - leading and taking responsibility for the team to meet project expectations and protocols

Compensation is dependent on level of experience-$70,000 to $90,000-plus health insurance, health and wellness benefit plan.
