Architectural Assistant needed in Southampton

This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.62ph PAYE

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the successful delivery of professional architectural services across a range of clients and sectors, working with a qualified architect and contributing to projects across relevant RIBA work stages within a multi-disciplinary Design Services team.

They will manage own workload with the line manager and mentor, maintaining resource plans, completing project-focused timesheets and using standard filing systems for drawings and correspondence and will provide design input to schemes ranging from smaller works to major projects, either as lead discipline where appropriate or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

They will prepare drawings, specifications, contract documentation, sketch designs, site analyses, CAD drawings, 3D models, reports, minutes, schedules and display material as required.
