Architect Job: Bespoke: Associate Director / Director - Head of Sustainability

• Lead and strategize the practice's approach to sustainability
• Run a number of projects at one time
• Work on a range of projects with an emphasis on £8-30m commercial projects in London.
• Lead coordination with stakeholders, contractors and consultants.
• Foster key client relationships.

• Part III-qualified architect with demonstrable experience leading, managing and coordinating projects up to £40m RIBA stages 3-6.
• Strong understanding and interest in sustainability, an experience of Naybers, BREEAM, Leti targets, Contract administration, fees and invoicing experience.
• Client facing with demonstrable experience of liaising with clients, stakeholders and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident leader with the ambition to inspire success in others.
