We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of refurbishment projects across multiple sites in London.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about construction and eager to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You'll learn from experienced construction professionals and develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into a Site Manager role in the future.If you're organised, eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas are highly desirable. Main Objectives of the Apprentice Site Manager Role Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of refurbishment projects. Learn how to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives. Assist with monitoring health and safety compliance on site. Support site inspections and quality checks to ensure works are completed to the required standards. Help maintain site records, reports, and project documentation. Learn how to programme and organise site activities to meet project deadlines. Develop positive relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues. Assist in ensuring sites remain clean, safe, and well-organised. Attend apprenticeship training and complete all required coursework and assessments. Essential Skills and Attributes Genuine interest in construction and site management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable with excellent timekeeping. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A full UK driving licence Desirable Qualifications and Experience GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English. Previous experience in construction, property maintenance, customer service, or a trade environment would be advantageous but is not essential. CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one).
