Point 1 - £16,106 a year - initial salary for all new starters for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship.

Progression of pay after 12 months are complete as follows:

Point 2 - £21,848 a year - completed 12 months and aged 18 - 20

Point 3 - £25,584 a year - completed 12 months and aged 21+

What we're looking for:

• GCSEs Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work professionally with colleagues, councillors, partners and members of the public.
• An organised and adaptable approach, with the maturity to handle sensitive safeguarding information appropriately.
