Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys and making sure everyone leaves feeling great.
• Help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.
• Participate in a hands on, fast paced role with many chances to learn as an apprentice sales assistant.
• Complete a discussion and observation at the end of the 12 month training period, and achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

What you'll bring to the role

• A positive mindset & clear communication skills.
• Passion about health & beauty and customer service.
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills.
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.

Requirements

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland).
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts.
• You have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• You are eligible to work in the UK.
• You are brand new to retail.
