Apprentice Recruiter

At NMR360, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Social Care & Nursing team. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification while learning from experienced recruiters in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
• Speak with candidates and match them to exciting job opportunities.
• Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain our recruitment database.
• Support placements, compliance and business development activities.

What we're looking for

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Organised, motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Eager to learn and build a career in recruitment.

Experience in retail, customer service, sales or a call centre is an advantage but not essential-we'll provide full training.

Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible for a UK apprenticeship, have the right to work in the UK, and not already hold a Level 3 Recruitment qualification.
