About The Role

What You'll Be Doing (aka your day-to-day):

• Writing and testing high-quality code for our digital platforms.
• Supporting the development of software solutions that meet real business needs.
• Testing your code and fixing bugs using unit testing.
• Working in Agile teams and learning how developers bring ideas to life.
• Taking part in training and development to grow your skills and confidence.
• You're passionate about coding and eager to learn.
• You've got GCSEs (Grade 5 or above) in Computer Science, English, and Maths.
• You've got, or predicted to achieve an A level (Grade C or above/or equivalent) in Computer Science or Maths
• You're organised, detail-oriented, and love solving problems.
• You're a great communicator and a team player.
• You're ready to grow, adapt, and take on new challenges.
