Apprentice Customer Advisor

We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and the willingness to learn. We offer full training via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.

• 2 year fixed term contract

Role Description

• Have a passion for customer service each day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis & You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers within the group.
• Act as the go to person when customers require assistance.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns regarding suggested repairs.
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional work needed.Prepare and explain invoices and collect payments.
