Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 09.00 to 17.30 with 1 Hour for lunch
Holidays: 25 days holiday (3 days for Christmas shutdown) plus statutory holidays, with a flexible and enhanced holiday package.

The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career to gain hands on experience in a busy office environment while working towards a recognised qualification.
You will support the Office Manager and wider team in delivering a high quality administrative service to both internal and external clients.
Essential Qualifications & Experience- A positive 'can do' attitude.

- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Any previous work experience is beneficial but not essential.
Full training and support will be provided to enable you to deliver a high quality administrative service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the main reception telephone in a professional and timely manner, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries appropriately
- Receiving and distributing post and deliveries.
- Collating and distributing the Weekly Whereabouts document.
- Maintaining office standards, including cleanliness and co ordinating repairs with the landlord
- Supporting the preparation, compilation and distribution of documents, reports, presentations and general correspondence
- Typing meeting minutes, both from written and verbal sources
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and tracking
- Supporting with the introduction of new systems and processes
- Monitoring supplier insurance records
- Tracking and chasing project documentation where required
- Co ordinating staff travel & accommodation arrangements
- Maintaining timesheet and expense records
- Monitoring office supplies and arranging replenishment
- Coordination of general business queries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety and ISO Standards

Salary/Culture and BenefitsSalary: £16,000 per annum +, dependent on age, experience and apprenticeship stage (in line with National Minimum Wage requirements), with regular reviews as you progress.
