About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer focused Outbound Appointment Setter based in Shirley. This hybrid role requires 25 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus bonus incentives for exceeding performance targets. The position may become permanent after a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by telephone to discuss hearing care enquiries.
• Build trust and rapport quickly to create positive customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Confidently overcome objections and encourage customers to book a free hearing assessment.
• Accurately record all customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet agreed productivity, quality and compliance standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service on every call.
• Manage workload effectively while working independently from home.

Performance Expectations

• Make around quality outbound calls per hour.
• Book an average of 2 appointments per hour.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve agreed productivity, quality and attendance targets.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working from home.
• Appointment setting experience.
• Contact centre experience within a performance driven environment.
• Experience speaking with older customers or working within a healthcare setting.
