About the role

We're looking for confident, money-motivated appointment setters to join our outbound team. The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get UK businesses on the phone, qualify them, and book them in for a commercial solar site survey. Every quality appointment you book puts money in your pocket, and the earning ceiling is yours to set.

About TNW Energy

TNW Energy is a UK commercial solar lead generation company. We book qualified site survey appointments for MCS-certified solar installers across the UK, and we only get paid when we deliver results. We run a remote team of 40 plus people across cold calling, email and paid ads, and we book 250 to 300 commercial site surveys every month. This is a proven machine, not a startup figuring it out as it goes.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to UK commercial businesses from data we provide
  • Get past gatekeepers and reach the decision-maker
  • Qualify the prospect against our criteria
  • Book the qualified site survey appointment into the calendar
  • Follow up by SMS and email to confirm and reduce no-shows
  • Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM
  • Hit daily and weekly booking targets

What we're looking for

  • Clear, confident spoken English. This is the single most important thing
  • A strong phone presence and the resilience to handle rejection and keep dialling
  • Previous outbound experience (appointment setting, telesales, SDR or sales) is preferred, but attitude and communication matter more
  • Self-motivated and consistent. You can hit numbers without someone standing over you
  • Coachable. You take feedback and apply it fast
  • A reliable laptop, a good headset, stable internet and a quiet place to call from

The setup

This is a fully remote, self-employed contractor role. You'll work UK business hours, working time during shifts is tracked via Time Doctor, and there is a paid trial and structured onboarding before a full ongoing engagement.
