We are hiring an Application Support Engineer in Madrid to support the ongoing success of enterprise software solutions within a global environment. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, maintain system stability, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve application support requests and technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address software functionality and usage.
• Troubleshoot software problems using Oracle SQL/PLSQL and basic Linux (Bash).
• Contribute insights to help improve the product.
• Engage in ongoing learning, including technologies such as Java and JavaScript.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL) and basic Linux (Bash).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to learn and grow technically.
• Understanding of retail, logistics, or consulting environments (a plus).
