Application Support Engineer - £50K - SaaS
Our client is a growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company, building cutting edge platforms and data solutions for the advertising and marketing industry.
Based in central London, with flexible, hybrid working, they're looking to hire an engineer to support multiple their bespoke applications and production platforms.
If you enjoy working with users and, have great SaaS / app support knowledge and want to learn more about IT systems and technology infrastructure - This is the opportunity for you!
Requirements:
- Experience of application administration and support
- Production Support background
- DevOps and Automation knowledge - AWS, Terraform, CI/CD etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SQL skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, motivated approach - The desire to learn new things and do more!
