Contract, 12 months
Rate: £530 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Essex (1 day a week)

We are seeking an Application Operations Engineer. You will be part of the team supporting a new platform as it gets developed and increases in use. Specifically, this role will focus on configuring and managing the data products that need to be set up to ensure that users can use the system correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuring products on the platform


• Using languages such as Handlebars.js/Moustache.js (product template logic) and Typst (product output layouts)


• Supporting the onboarding journey of these products by collaborating with stakeholder including Product Managers and Service Delivery Managers


• Reconfiguring these products once they have been onboarded


• Manage Changes, Incidents and Problems using ServiceNow
