Application Engineer (m/w/d)

SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on the research and development, production and application of high-precision digital 3D products for more than 20 years. We would like to further strengthen our team and are therefore looking for a Dental Application Engineer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Evaluation of the customer's application requirements in France and Spain.
• Preparation of the necessary technical documentation for tenders and customer projects as well as extended application-specific support and technical advice.
• Supporting the customer remotely or on site. On-site event support. Conducting product demonstrations in webinars, roadshows and at trade fairs.
• Creation and implementation of training programs for customers and internal employees.
• Supporting the sales team in identifying problems and clarifying technical issues in the EMEA region (pre & after sales).
• Carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD)
• Creating manuals, instructions and documentation as required to support sales, customer service and dealers.
• Collect and share information about own products and feedback from customers to the company

Your profile:

• Experience in the dental field
• Digital expert, good knowledge of technology, also small experience with 3D scanners and printers
• Good attitude towards dealing with customers
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in written and spoken French and Spanish.
